Rough clean pre-paint, final clean 48–72 hours before your CO walkthrough, touch-up after punch-list callbacks. Our calendar bends to yours.

Touch-up until handoff

Homeowner spots a smudge at walk? We're back within 24 hours. Touch-up returns are included for 14 days post-final, on every job.

Are you a new business? Be honest.

Yes. Holler Clean is a brand of Zyzyva LLC, a Tennessee LLC based in Elizabethton, and we're taking our first customers in 2026. If your project requires a long track record of completed builds, we're probably not the right fit yet — and we'll say so.

What's your insurance situation?

We're in the process of securing general liability insurance and janitorial bonding ahead of our first paid jobs. If you require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing your entity as additional insured, we don't have that in place yet — so we aren't the right fit for GC-required COI work at this time. For smaller-scale owner-direct remodels, let's talk.

How big a project can you take on?

Owner-operated, so realistically we're best suited to smaller-scale jobs right now — single-room remodels, additions, kitchen or bath gut-and-finish, basement finish-outs, and light final cleans on single-family homes. Full-crew commercial cleanouts aren't our today. We'll tell you straight on the walkthrough.

Can you work around trades still on site?

For smaller jobs, yes — we'll work in cleared zones and schedule around active trades. The cleaner the site, the cleaner the result, so we prefer final cleans with trades wrapped.

What are your payment terms?

Simple for now: payment on completion, by check or ACH. We don't offer progress billing, MSAs, or net-15 until we've built a track record. If your accounting requires those, we can talk about what we can do.
