Holler Clean is a brand operated by Zyzyva LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (collectively "we," "us," "our"). We operate hollerclean.com and provide residential and commercial cleaning services in and around Elizabethton, Tennessee and the Tri-Cities area. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our quote form, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- ZIP code
- Home size and the service you selected
- Your SMS consent (whether you agreed and the text you saw)
- Technical metadata: IP address, browser user agent, and timestamp
If you email or call us, we keep the contents of that conversation so we can follow up on your job.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your quote request by text, call, or email
- To schedule, perform, and bill for cleaning services
- To keep records of your consent to receive text messages (required by law)
- To prevent abuse of our website and services (rate limiting, fraud checks)
3. Text messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, we will send you automated text messages about your quote, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent to any third party for marketing purposes. Opt-in information is used only to deliver the messages you requested.

4. Who we share information with
We share only what is necessary to operate the service:
- Twilio — sends our text messages. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio in order to deliver messages to you.
- Cloudflare — hosts our website and receives form submissions. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent) is processed to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
- Our team — so a human can read your request and follow up.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site uses minimal, privacy-preserving analytics to understand which pages are viewed. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not build a profile of you across other sites.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and consent records for up to 4 years, which is the typical statute-of-limitations period for written consent under US telecom rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message, or email us.
- See, correct, or delete your info: email ops@hollerclean.com and we'll take care of it.
- Do not sell / share (California residents): we don't do this, but if you'd like written confirmation, email us.
8. Children
Our services are for adults booking home services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new "last updated" date.
